I am in the late stages of the menopause and asked if I was struggling with any symptoms. About 2 to 3 years ago I noticed that I was really getting the hot flushes and my sleep was really poor. I remember feeling so poorly with the hot flushes as they would hit you at the most unexpected times (standing in a queue, driving and in network meetings – not nice). Remarkably as soon as I started to take Nrf2 activator the flushes disappeared. I now never experience a hot flush, sweats, aches or pains and I no longer have difficulty sleeping. Thank you Nrf2 to help me ride through the menopause with hardly any symptoms. Obviously I said a big NO THANKYOU when he started to suggest HRT but I did tell him about what I was taking. He told me to carry on with what I am doing and said I was doing the right thing. Thank you Doctor. Jo

I had a mind blowing experience with remote Reiki today, which left me feeling so very calm, collected, clear minded and really positive which I haven’t felt in a very long time due to stress. After recently been diagnosed with Gout and having 6 weeks of agony and some days not been able to walk at all I had some healing Reiki done by Rob. My first experience of Holy Fire Reiki was when I was ill with bad migraines. I had had them every day for nearly a week. Rob told me he was sending me Reiki to help me. I have been a Reiki master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki for over 10 years so I was used to Reiki energy. But the Reiki energy I was sent was unlike anything I had felt before. It started in my left hand went up my arm and over the left side of the top of my head. I messaged Rob afterwards and asked if it was Holy Fire he had sent as I knew it wasn’t Usui which is the most used type of Reiki. Rob confirmed it was Holy Fire so I nagged him into submission and became his first Holy Fire student. Holy Fire Reiki is not as well known as Usui which is the most popular type of Reiki available but the energy that you can receive from it is 2nd to none. Rob Linden is a wonderful Reiki Master and I hope I can do more courses with him in the future. Karen Crabtree

Just had a fabulous weekend being attuned to the “new” Reiki Holy Fire energy,by Reiki Master,Rob Linden. The Level 1 & 2 courses were run on the Saturday & Sunday ,wonderfully delivered by Rob,in a very safe loving environment . The course itself was held in Sowerby Bridge,in the beautifully relaxed rooms overlooking the Cricket Club. I’m starting to think my (Magnetix) bracelet may contain a large dose of magic!! My sleep pattern has changed for the good, I no longer suffer from excruciatingly painful cramp in my legs, all stomach bloating has gone and my hormonal issues have all but disappeared. I didn’t actually realise how dysfunctional my body had become until all the aches and pains went literally overnight. I’ve worn the Power Heart almost constantly since getting it and I really believe it’s helped my mood to lift. Since entering the peri menopause stage, I’ve been getting increasingly moody and irritable, a state which I recognise from when I’ve used hormonal contraceptives in the past (which I’ve learned to avoid for this very reason!)
